MASALA CHAI WAFFLES
DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Masala Madness chai blend
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
WET INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whole milk or non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 egg
Recipe Preparation
- Mix the masala madness blend in warm milk. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, sift and mix the remaining dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the remaining wet ingredients and add to dry mix.
- Ladle waffle mix onto a waffle maker.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Serve hot and toasty with maple syrup and whipped butter.
