MASALA CHAI WAFFLES

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Masala Madness chai blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

WET INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 egg

Recipe Preparation

  1. Mix the masala madness blend in warm milk. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl, sift and mix the remaining dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the remaining wet ingredients and add to dry mix.
  3. Ladle waffle mix onto a waffle maker.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot and toasty with maple syrup and whipped butter.
