ROSE FRUIT CREAM

ROSE FRUIT CREAM
- 1 tsp Radical Rose chai blend
- 1/2 tsp Rose water
- 1cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Recipe Preparation
- Warm the heavy cream. Add the Rose chai blend and mix well. Set aside to cool.
- Once cooled, mix the sugar and rose water in the cream and set the whipped cream blend in the freezer for atleast 15 minutes. This will make it easy to whip.
- Remove the cream from the fridge and whip the cream on high speed using a stand mixer or hand mixer. Whip until peaks form but do not over beat.
- Mix or layer with cut fruits and top with chopped nuts or granola.
- Store any remaining whipped cream in the fridge and re-whip when needed.
