Once we are aware of your request, we will resolve the matter immediately and provide you with the information you will need for a return/exchange.
Once your return is received, we will be happy to give you a full or partial refund. We can also issue a credit towards your next purchase. The refund amount for any unused product is based on the value of the returned portion.
